Battista’s litigation practice covers a broad range of areas, including construction and commercial disputes. Given her diverse background, Battista often works on a number of complex legal matters that involve more than one area of law.  She has experience in all manner of construction disputes, shareholder disputes, estate litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and commercial tenancies. Battista has appeared at all levels of the Court in Ontario.

Battista joined Bisceglia & Associates in 2018.  Prior to joining Bisceglia & Associates, Battista worked as in-house counsel for a construction corporation. She also practiced insurance defence at a leading insurance defence firm when she first entered the legal profession. Battista’s diverse legal career has given her a deeper appreciation of how legal issues impact a corporation and she is able to assist her clients in navigating through all types of legal matters. 

Battista’s knowledge, tact and composure assure her clients that their best interests are being preserved as she works with them to attain the best possible result.
