Kristen is an associate at Bisceglia & Associates.
She assists clients in a broad range of practice areas, including civil and commercial disputes, mortgage enforcement and estate litigation.
Kristen first joined the firm as a summer student in 2021, progressing through roles of law student, Integrated Practice Curriculum (IPC) student and now as an associate. This background with the firm has provided her with a strong foundation in litigation and a practical understanding of client advocacy.
Kristen was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2026.
While attending law school, Kristen participated in the Lincoln Alexander Cup Negotiation Competition. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada through a legal clinic in Toronto, where she assisted in providing legal services to members of the community.
Kristen is committed to delivering practical, client-focused resolutions and effective advocacy.
Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
