Hana is an experienced litigator with experience appearing before numerous levels of Court and Tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Land Tribunal. She also represents clients through various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediations.
Hana’s broad litigation practice covers all manners of civil and commercial disputes, with a focus on expropriation, estates litigation, business and contract disputes, and construction liens. Hana represents individuals and businesses, ranging from family-owned businesses to mid-sized corporations.
